Learning Daygame: Statistics

Keeping stats was always easy for me. Even if I don’t write them down, I maintain a mental image in my head. The good news, I have my stats from when I was learning daygame.

I strongly believe that the “learning” part of daygame is quite fast. Learning means the ability to lead the interaction on the street/date correctly to its natural conclusion (regardless of getting the close or not). Personally, I believe I “learned” daygame in just one month. Any advancement beyond that was associated with my value and my vibe.

Let us then analyze my early learning curve. I will give a full disclaimer. My personality is made for daygame. I enjoy the process, the cold reading, the teasing, and the fact of making something out of nothing. I am an introvert, and I cannot stand nightclubs or social circles. Having said that, I started from a low point. I was just way too young and had no “value”.

In my opinion, there is only one requirement for learning Game: you cannot half-ass it. It needs to be an intense process of high volume. Game is not a hobbyist pastime. Eventually, you will need to change your entire life, from the outer (appearance, friends, hobbies) to the inner (mentality, ambitions, worldview). This change just doesn’t happen with a few sets here and a few sets there. The dirty secret of the PUA community is that Game is not about the lays. It is about control over your life. This means control over your love life. Mother nature did make us incomplete without regular sex (testosterone) and without some partner variety (dopamine).

The stats I will showcase here start at my 6th week in Game. I had done 200 sets and I had 3 dates and 1 near miss to show for it (as I said, I started low). I had decided to take a month’s vacation in London in a July. I set a goal of at least 10 approaches a day for a full month. As the stats will show, this wasn’t easy, but there was measurable growth. I actually don’t recommend this approach for everyone. I had a mental breakdown (actual inner game growth) every week, but I was able to digest it due to my personality. Here are the month’s stats:

Week 6

Number of approaches: 83
Total approaches: 280

Numbers: 8
Dates: 1
idates:1

Week 7

Number of approaches: 79
Total approaches: 359

Numbers: 11
Dates:1

Week 8

Number of approaches: 44
Total approaches: 403

Numbers: 9
Dates: 2

Week 9

Number of approaches: 28
Total approaches: 431

Numbers: 7
iDates: 1
Dates: 2
Lays: 1

Analysis

As you can see, there was progress. Very slow, but real progress. As for all beginners, progress is measured in numbers. In the first week, i had less than 1/10, all the way down to 1/4 in the last week.

This was my journey to my first-ever daygame lay. It would take a full year more until I was able to get regular lays from daygame, but the hard part of beginner’s daygame was in the past now. From that moment, I could expect to hit the streets and get some results (not a constant string of rejections at least).

The takeaway is that Game is hard and Daygame is harder. We won’t get lucky lays from DTF girls who drink alcohol. In particular, I would even go as far as to say that without at least some above-average competence, you won’t get a Daygame lay at all. Leading an interaction from the street to the date to the bounce back is just too hard for the average person.

At least, for this moment in my story, the sky was a little bit more blue and the grass a little bit greener. I even returned to London next week to redline my newly acquired skillset. Here are the results over 75 sets!

Week 10

Number of approaches: 75
Total approaches: 506

Numbers: 22
FB: 4 (2 replied)
Dates:1
Near misses: 1

This essay explores one aspect of a larger structure. On its own, it stands, but it is not the whole model.

The book connects these pieces into a single structure: frame, value, power, escalation, calibration — not as advice, but as a theory of how the Game actually works.

If you want the complete system rather than individual essays, start here:
